During Level 3, Intermediate 1 extends on the pole tricks learnt in the beginner courses and also includes new tricks, Inverts, handstands, leg hooks and split stretching which are an integral part of our intermediate level.
The classes are designed over a eight-week course format of tricks followed learning a 3-4 minute routine. It’s a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced. The classes are designed over an eight-week course format.
Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated over the eight-week course. 8 Week Course
During Level 4, Intermediate 2 extends on the pole tricks learnt in the previous 3 courses and also includes new tricks, including the waterfall variations, superman, cupid, leg hook variation and prepping for aerial inverts and shoulder mounts.
This is where the hard stuff really begins!! Must have completed Intermediate 1 course and have pre-approval from a Studio Eden Instructor to enroll in this course.
The classes are designed over an eight-week course format of tricks followed by learning a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced.

This is it… the highest level of pole course we have. Advanced is designed for the elite pole dancers. All moves that have not yet been mastered can be taken on and conquered in this class. Whatever your stuck on or have always been in awe of this is the class where you can make it happen. Titanic, Phoenix, Extreme Super Pain, Spatchcock and more… we have it all.
This course includes a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to continue your pole journey. The class is largely based on student input and we focus around what you would like to learn, then put it into a routine for you.

Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
Pilates is also great for women who are pregnant.
