Pole Grooves / Chorey

The perfect class if you just want to dance. These choreography classes are suitable for all levels of pole and dance where you will learn a new energetic, fun 1-2 minute routine each week.

Mixed Tricks

Suitable for participants of all levels or those wanting to try a pole class before committing to a course. In this class, your instructor will take the class through a warm-up and conditioning session, followed by a variety of tricks up the pole suitable for each students level.

Tricks & Transitions

Designed to help you conquer not only your favourite tricks but also learn how to link them in different ways.
Suitable for Intermediate level students and above who can comfortably invert up the pole.

Open Practice

This self-directed practice class is the perfect opportunity to work on those moves you learnt in class. This is not an instructor run class; however, staff are available to help if required.
This class is not permitted for brand new students or those that have never attended a pole class before.
This session is included in for all current Studio Eden Membership holders and those enrolled in a current Term Course.
If you are a not a course participant or Studio Eden member but have pole experience, this class is open to you for only $20.
Bookings essential – drop-ins are not permitted.

Floorwork

Learn how to use your body to create fluid and graceful movements while lying, rolling, and sliding on the floor. This style emphasizes fluidity, control, and coordination in movement, as well as strength and flexibility.

Sensual Flow

This class is beneficial for anyone wanting to find fluidity & personal expression within themselves. Learn a new routine each week that will introduce you to basic fundamental pole moves, spins, twirls, struts and transitions on a static pole.

Basework

Focussing on combos and transitions that flow around the base of the pole, this class is designed to level up your Basework tricks. Classes may include shoulder stands, backwards rolls, handstands and low-level inversions. Suitable for all levels.

Dance After Dark

Each week when the sun goes down you are in for a sexy delight with this lucky dip class to satisfy the senses. Classes will range from pole, floor, chair, lap, strip and whatever other tempting treat the instructor has in store.
Class offering will be posted the week prior so keep an eye on our social media pages and join us as we Dance After Dark.

Lyrical Pole

Lyrical dance is an elegant and expressive form of dance that conveys emotion and musicality through movement. This class will focus on bringing together the strength of pole and the grace of lyrical dance to create powerful, emotionally captivating routines all while increasing your fluidity of movements and transitions on and off the pole by blending pole movements and tricks with lyrical dance.

Melt-ography

Learn a flowing dance combo with elements of beautiful climbs, entries and exits that will take your skills to the next level.
Think ethereal climbs on spin, ways to make your static pole flow into liquid base tricks as well fluid aerial transitions.
Students must have a confident invert.

Get Base-ic

8 Week Course

Get Base-ic is anything but basic!
In this class you will learn Cherri’s favourite tricks and transitions the flow around the base of the pole as well as unique choreography and movement to create a one-of-a-kind showgirl style routine.
This class is suitable for students who have a a pole fitness background of Intermediate and above and have been attending regular classes for a minimum of 16 weeks.

Beginner - Level 1

8 Week Course

The classes are designed over an Eight-week course format.
For Level 1, No experience or minimum level of fitness is required. Start building your strength from the go with others at the same level, have fun and best of all see results fast!

Your Course Includes:
– 8 x 1 hour classes
– Open Training Saturdays 10-11.30am with an instructor

Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course.
Your gains over the eight weeks can be proudly displayed to family and friends at the Post-Course Performance and Graduation Night.
Upon graduating, you will be given information on further Studio Eden classes, including progressing to the next level, practice sessions and conditioning classes. So you needn’t stop there… we encourage all students to continue to develop their skills.

Beginner - Level 2

8 Week Course

The classes are designed over a eight-week course format.

For Level 2, You will continue to build your strength through a series of combinations and more difficult spins and tricks. Climbing the pole will be introduced and we can start to learn some aerial moves!

Your Course Includes:
– 8 x 1 hour classes
– Open Training Saturdays 10-11.30am with an instructor

Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course.
Your gains over the eight weeks can be proudly displayed to family and friends at the Post-Course Performance and Graduation Night..

Intermediate Pole - Level 3

8 Week Course

During Level 3, Intermediate 1 extends on the pole tricks learnt in the beginner courses and also includes new tricks, Inverts, handstands, leg hooks and split stretching which are an integral part of our intermediate level.
The classes are designed over a eight-week course format of tricks followed learning a 3-4 minute routine. It’s a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced. The classes are designed over an eight-week course format.
Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated over the eight-week course. Your gains over the courses can be proudly displayed to family and friends at the Post-Course Performance and Graduation Night.

Intermediate 2 Pole - Level 4

8 Week Course

During Level 4, Intermediate 2 extends on the pole tricks learnt in the previous 3 courses and also includes new tricks, including the waterfall variations, superman, cupid, leg hook variation and prepping for aerial inverts and shoulder mounts.
This is where the hard stuff really begins!! Must have completed Intermediate 1 course and have pre-approval from a Studio Eden Instructor to enroll in this course.
The classes are designed over an eight-week course format of tricks followed by learning a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced.
Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course. Your gains over the course can be proudly displayed to family and friends at the Post-Course Performance and Graduation Night.

Intermediate 3 Pole - Level 5

8 Week Course

During Level 5, Intermediate extends on the pole tricks learnt in the previous 4 courses and also includes working on aerial inverts and shoulder mounts. We also have new tricks for this class.
Building Strength is top of the priority list.
The classes are designed over an eight-week course format of tricks followed learning a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced.
Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course.

Pre Advanced Pole - Level 6

8 Week Course

During Level 6, Pre advanced extends on the pole tricks learnt in the previous 5 courses and also includes new tricks.
Aerial inverts, handsprings, shoulder mounts and challenging leg hooks and split combos are included in level 6. Must be pre-approved by a Studio Eden Instructor.
The classes are designed over an eight-week course format of tricks followed by learning a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to prepare individuals for the challenge of Advanced.
Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course.

Advanced Pole - Level 7

8 Week Course

This is it… the highest level of pole course we have. Advanced is designed for the elite pole dancers. All moves that have not yet been mastered can be taken on and conquered in this class. Whatever your stuck on or have always been in awe of this is the class where you can make it happen. Titanic, Phoenix, Extreme Super Pain, Spatchcock and more… we have it all.
This course includes a 3-4 minute routine and is a great course to continue your pole journey. The class is largely based on student input and we focus around what you would like to learn, then put it into a routine for you.
The classes are designed over a eight-week course format. Over the eight weeks, Studio Eden will progress you through exercises on the pole that match your fitness levels and development. As you get stronger and more confident each week, we will give you a more challenging workload and this will be formulated into a routine over the eight-week course. Stretch n Flex

Stretch and Flexibility is designed to help you get more flexible and stretch out the daily stress you have built up.
We will teach you the safe way to stretch to get the most out of the class. If you have something specific you are working towards we are happy to incorporate it into class to help you achieve your goal.

Booty Werk

Work on those Booty Goals in this 45-minute Booty Werk class. A concentrated workout focused on developing and toning your glutes to stabilize and strengthen your body.

Conditioning for Pole

This class is designed to help build and understand the muscles used for pole or any other aerial apparatus.
This class will make you burn but you will be rewarded with a soothing stretch!
